My Nokia 6800 shuts down after downloading and then trying to "play"
the ringtone that was downloaded. This is similar to the posting I
found below. Has anyone else had this problem.

"I just downloaded a ringtone from mobile.yahoo.com. My phone says
"new
ringtone received". The 3 options are "Play", "Save tone" and
"discard". I
played it to make sure it was right. But when I it save, the phone
shuts
down and restarts itself, and then I can't find the tone! I checked
in the
tone folder, but I still can't find it. Anyone know where it could
be?
