It seems, that you are using non-original cable. Nokia PC Suite doesn't
support non-original cable connectivity. In this case only Oxygen Phone
Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ) may help. In this case you should just
set correct virtual COM port number in 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Connection
and common' -> 'Connection' -> 'Add port' menu and set cable type as
'DLR-3/DLR-3p'.
