Nokia PC Suite 6.4.1 in XP Sp 1 (UK based)
I cannot get the PC Suite to recognise that the phone is connected
(and it is turned ON) to a USB socket via a DKU-2 lead. The status
line says Nokia 6230 found but the application will not. I have
ticked the USB box in the Nokia Connection Manager and unticked
Bluetooth and InfraRed. The same result was obtained with an earlier
version of the software. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Nigel,

stick to trying to get the nokia software working before messing around with
    oxygen, it's completely ****e !!!

It would be easier to find the head of the golden fleece than getting oxygen
    to work !!!

They spam this group all the time with it but as soon as you get a problem,
they can't be arsed to answer, just the standard rubbish, 'read the forums
and pray some other poor soul can help you'...........

i found this problem originally too but once id closed the software....
reopened it and the phone was plugged into the USB port it recognised

I had been trying to use a lead which was marked as being the same
type as specified by Nokia and actually included Nokia software but it
was not made by Nokia. I returned it as possibly faulty. Since the
Nokia leads sells for about GBP 50 I bought a Bluetooth adaptor for
GBP 16. This worked fine after solving a problem which is caused by
SP2 on XP whilst installing the software.
