Nokia 6230

Scenario:
Normal Nokia 6230 with no funny settings,

I have GPRS installed and it works perfectly.

When I have an image which I want to send via MMS, I get this message after
hitting the SEND-button:

Check MultiMedia Settings

What do u think can be wrong here? It is somewhat frustrating.
