Thanks for the reply Steve I cant type that on the key pad it only lets me
type numbers after *# any ideas or is this a wind up?

Its not a wind up, you just need some lateral thinking here. Have you
ever seen phone numbers written in the format 1-800-CALL-KFC ? How do
you dial them?

keypad has letters on it?
