3200B Unlocking questions.

I have a Nokia 3200B that WAS on AT&T. I want to unlock this so I can
use it on Cingular. Does this phone have to be sent in to be unlocked,
or can I call Nokia and they give me the unlock code, or can I just
give someone here my IMEI & SN and generate a code for me?

Thank you. I guess the one I found was too old.. I used this program
and it worked great!
