reinstall software 3230

How do I start again? As in reformat the "harddrive" and reinstall operating
software?

I loaded several software applications on my 3230 and got a bit too exited
and it is a bit of mess now.

Don´t forgett backup your Adresses and other data on C: drive via Nokia PC
Suite!!!!!
