Jeff,

If you get a data cable, I think there are charging ones, and non charging
ones, this would probably be the price difference.
Software is easy, just download from the website
http://www.nokiausa.com/support/phon...8,3560,00.html
However, this states that you don't need a cable, so download first, play
with it, and see if you really need to spend the money
