Yeh, right mate! Exactly who are you going to complain about?
alt.cellular.nokia is not an organisation or company, it is just a
virtual place on the net where people send messages to.
Maybe your question does not have an answer! Or Maybe you would be
better off directing it to Nokia themselves. They should be easy enough
to find using http://www.just****inggoogleit.com/s...pl?query=Nokia
Have a Nice Day!

You are quite mistaken if you think this is an official Nokia forum.
A newsgroup is more like a public bulletin board, where people can ask
questions, and _maybe_ some other person is able to answer.
Compare it to asking a friend, only you reach far more "friends" on a
Newsgroup.

Most likly nobody knew the answer to your question. Besides, nobody who
reads the newsgroup are obligated to answer your question. This is a
_user_ forum.

You keep mentioning that you are deaf and that you have a disability.
Most people in these forums are more than eager to help _anybody_ who
asks a question. I don't see why you being deaf and disabled should mean
that you should get more (nor _less_) help in this forum.
You would probably get farther with a well formulated question and some
courtesy. Yelling and treathening will get you nowhere. Most likly you
will end up being ignored.

Alright....Started, I wrote the message in 2 weeks ago. I wait for answer
long 7 days. I repeat call "Help" then wait for another 7 days. I believe
the newsgroup doesn't help support the deaf & disability need fix their
mobile.
I tried call email to NOKIA Customer service didn't response back in 30 days
long......nothing message.
Our Vodafone (NZ) isn't exist knowledge the NOKIA 6230i are not yet arrive.
Because I bought from Hong Kong. It's working this NZ Vodafone networking.
I will try email to Vodafone Headqaurter (UK), I hope it will help us.
I will leave this newsgroup.

It is nothing to do with your disability. You got no answer because no-one
here could answer it.
Tough. Life's like that sometimes whether a person is able-bodied or not.

OK, so it's a gray import (in other words, it's not one that Nokia supplied
through their own representatives in New Zealand). And you want user support
from them? It won't happen, mate. Cut corners and you risk cutting user
support from the makers.

I don't think so.

Bye. Close the door on your way out.
