Hi, I just got a Nokia 9500 and am having a lot of trouble. I have contacted Nokia a few times but either not enough support or I don't want to bug them all the time. If anyone can help me that would be great!! Please!!

    1) What is bluetooth? I don't know what it is and how to use it.

    2) I have t-mobile and the only internet connection I can get is via t-zones so I don't get what the wireless LAN and all the other connection options are. The connection is so friggin slow I am losing my patience and it is not practical to use.

    3) How can I watch movies on the phone? Is it really possible to watch movies or TV like it shows on the commercial?

    4) How can I use instant messaging like AOL or Yahoo Messenger? I didn't know the phone doesn't come with it and I haven't been able to sue this important feature to my great frustration.

    5) How can I download stuff? I tried to download Yahoo Messenger from the yahoo website (sucks to have to do that) but it won't!!!

    6) Whenever I try to download like to play poker it won't let me!!! ughhh

    7) How can I remove the battery? It is fit so snugly that I broke my nail trying to take it out. I need to take it out ASAP so I can get my SIM card out of the dam thing and put it in my old phone.

    8) How can I get all my emails sent to the phone? For ex. I tried to configure to receive my gmail so far all I get is a notification text with the subject of the email in my text message box and nothing in my "Gmail Mailbox". SO annoying. (Same with Yahoo and needless to say haven't figured out on my other email)

Can you tell I am frustrated?! ahhh I have a million more questions but this is a start I guess to try to get at least some answers.

    Thank you!

Sorry to be flippant, but why did you buy a 9500 if you don't even
know what bluetooth or wireless are? Why not get one of those
fancy MDA/T-Mobile gizmos with the keyboard?

    Al
Well, I got the phone so that I can open attachments. I get a lot of email in different accounts and this phone supposedly supports that but I am going through hell trying to set it up. So far it is going as a text message and I am already the 300/month my plan comes with in the first week, who knows what my bill willl be. It is hell so far.

Also it has a fax feature I haven't been able to figure out yet, doesn't seem to send documents to the fax number I tell it to.

Also has internet navigation but I didn't know it was going to be this slow. Also in the commercial it showed that you could watch movies, but so far that seems bogus or I haven't figured out how to yet.

I had no idea the keyboard was going to be this difficult to use, the technical support was going to not be helpful...yes if I could return it for all the money I paid I would. I could've bought a laptop for that money and now I'm stuck with something I can't use. I can't even take the friggin battery out so I can get my SIM card out to put into my OLD OLD phone that at least supports instant messaging and retrieves my emails in email format not a text message.

The list goes on and on..i just found this forum yesterday hoping for help, maybe there's another one I could find. I am so frustrated it's not funny.
