Xilisoft

Don't use Xilisoft to convert your 3gp files. I paid $30 for their
product and it never worked. I spent about two and a half hours trying
to get it to work with no luck.

And don't bother asking for a refund if you already bought it, they
customer support is terrible.

Worked fine for me but get this instead 3GP_Convertor. Free fast just
drag vobs and it does the business 10 mins per vob. It is japenesse but
has english and is very simplistic.

We havn't had any problems with the Xilisoft 3GP convertor.

What phone are you trying to convert the videos for? I converted many videos
taken with the Samsung D600 and then I also converted some vob's to 3gp
using this sw.
