Hi,
RAZR V3x
Sometimes (often / usually / always) if I attempt to add another telephone
number to certain specific contacts, my phone will jump to the "Main Menu"
and fail to add the number. Other contacts - new - seem to work perfectly
OK.
Any ideas? Hardware problem?
The phone has 64MB Ram and am quite happy adding more, but the phone
indicates it has about 50% free memory IE - plenty:
Type Free Used Size
card 30mb 30mb 60mb*
phone 62mb .34mb 60mb*
* 64MB?
Thanks to anyone that can help.

You have copied/moved your contacts to phone memory and you're not using the
SIM card/memory card for contact storage? I know this is a yes but..
Is there anything about the "specific contacts" that differ from those that
have a second or more number added?
See you over in alt.cellular.motorola assuming you have access.
