Its true that only networks can unlock them, get used to it, as that
isn;t going to change (after all they are ones that are paying most of
the cost of the that phone).
Cost is variable across the networks though. Voda only charge £20, and I
believe Orange are similar. Best to just call them up and request the
details rather than relying on web information though.
