    Dear All,

I am unable to receive calls eventhough after proper ringtone. The
moment I pick up the phone .No response. My SIM is OK as I tried on
    another phone.
And When I dial ..there is no dial tone ,but the desined person
    receives a ringtone.

One more thing I would Like to notify" I have noticed a small black
picture "chip structure" on the wall paper of my phone. Is it something
relevant..I tried removing that picture but dontknow where exactly it
    can be removed.

Any help would be sincerely appreciated..
    Thanks

It doesn't have a red circle with line through it does it?

    It's not the Organiser screen?
