I have an E61i and I use Blackberry Connect push email. For the life of me,
I can't figure out how to attach a file to an email! How is this done?

When the email is open go Options/Insert and choose from Image/Sound
clip/Video clip/Note/Template/Other files

I don't have that option! When I'm typing a new email and I hit <options> I
get:
Add from Contacts
Company Directory
Sending Options
Delete
Show Bcc field
Hide Cc field
Message details
Writing language
Help
About
Exit
Now, I am using Blackberry Connect and the email says "Blackberry" at the
top. Might that have something to do with it?

I have just downloaded and read the Nokia manual for Blackberry Connect.
It would appear that you are out of luck. You can receive and view
attachments I could find no mention of attaching anything to an email that
you would compose on the phone. The advice I gave earlier referred to the
built in email client. I assumed that the Blackberry Connect bit just
handled the transfer and not the creation as well.

Actually the problem is he needs to move the cursor down into the body
of the message before he access the Option menu.
He is accessing the Option menu up in the header area of the message.

Aha! I wondered if that was the case but I don't have Blackberry Connect
installed. Maybe it is possible after all.

I thought about that too, like maybe the Options menu is context sensitive.
No dice. The menu remains the same no matter which line I open it from,
"to", "cc", "subject" or the body of the message.
