I keep seeing all these codes for Nokia phones. Like *#06# and
others.
There is even a web site:
http://www.nokia-codes.com/index.html
But the site doesn't list my Nokia 2865i.
Are there any codes for the 2865i ?

If I am right. that is a CDMA phone. there are codes for yours
but they are not the same. Look for code for NOkia CDMA phones. heres
a few from my Nokia 3585i (these are the safe ones to play with.
*#ver* gets you your software version
and for the PRL setup code (setup screen, oh be careful in here!)
*#3001#12345#
That last one can be handy if your providers *228 isn't
working right. I have used it a few times myself for setup of my
phones.
There is also some reset codes. Including one that is often
called "reset code of death". which really doesn't kill a phone it
just resets it to plain vanilla configuration. Not fun setting up one
of those resetted phones though! You need to type in loads of info to
restore it to a usable condition.
I hope that helps you.
