Hello, having a few problems with my 3410.

Sometimes it will just freeze, this can be while making a call, writing a
message or just randomly. Also, sometimes it tells me there is no sim card
in it, usually turning it off will help, but sometimes i cant get it back on
without taking the battery out first. I have put a bit of paper on top of
the sim card to make sure its being pushed against the contacts, and made
sure its clean, but still happens.

Any ideas what i should do. Its only about a 14 months old, it always has
been slow though...
