Phone o2 customer services. You have to have mms switched on on your sim
card.

nokia 6610 and o2 payg MMS
hi there,
I bought an O2 simcard seperate (simcard only) and bought a nokia 6610.
Everything works fine, except MMS,
I went onto the o2 website and it sent me the mms settings.
I cant's eem to send a mesage though, i get a long pause, and then it says
multimedia message sending failed.
The settings i have are as follows:
homepage: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002
Session Mode: permanent
Data Barer GPRS
Access Point: payandgo.o2.co.uk
IP Address: 193.113.200.195
Authentification type: Normal
username: payandgo
password [this is hidden]
any help would be much appreciated.

This is exactly the problem I am having. I used the o2 web site for the
setting and have spoken to an o2 op and their tech people who cannot find
the problem. Strangely, I had an online sim and it worked ok on that.
They said my Version number was fine.
