    hi!!!

you should report a stolen phone to your operator, not
    to nokia.

    cheers,

I usually contact the police, and in the case of property that can
continue to be used at my cost I'd contact the relevant company (eg I'd
contact my bank about my plastic not the company that made the bloody
    card).

What made you think Nokia could do anything in the first place?

Use some sense man! Nokia has no part in dealing with your stolen
phone. You need to contact your operator and the police. Nokia is
    not involved at all.

What does Nokia have to do with your stolen phone? Ask your carrier, as they
would be the contact point, not Nokia.

Which is more than we do!!

We haven't a clue why you contacted Nokia, and not the Police. If your car
were ever stolen, perhaps you ought to ring
Vauxhall/Ford/Renault/Citroen/Lotus, etc, instead of the police.

Go back to using two tin cans and a length of string - you're obviously too
thick to own a mobile phone.
