6310i does not work with data cable, OK with infrared

Py previous phone was good old 6210. My DLR3 cable worked fine with it
(with PC suite). However, same cable, with PC Suite 4.88 most of the
times does not work with Win 2000. I know that the cable is OK,
because when I disconnect it from the phone, it displays a message.
PC Suite works fine with the infrared.

Anyone else has seen that?

I think you need a DLR-3P cable

I had a similar problem with a 6310 and a DAU-9P cable

Thanks, but I just checked and the cable is DLR-3P. When I connect
it, the phone says 'Data accessory connected'. I just tried it and it
works. I'll see if it works again tomorrow. Case closed (for now)
