DKU-5 from Gagdets-Galore - anyone know how to get this to work ?

I have bought the above cable from www.gagdets-galore.net and can't get
WINXP to recognise the drivers. I have used the Nokia's DKU-5 drivers
downloaded from the Nokia website.

Tech support haven't responded to any emails, so I have turned to you guys
for any tips....

If you talk to LogoManager Support, we can maybe run some tests and go
through what might be wrong.

Did you install the drivers with the cable unplugged ?
I didn't and it would't work until I did a clean install with the
cable unplugged, mind you that was with a genuine DKU-5
