NOKIA 3360

I was talking to my dad, then when I hung up I got 'OUTSIDE' on my screen. I
rebooted the phone & last night recharged it, I still get 'OUTSIDE'. What
does this mean & how do I get rid of it?

I have a nokia 3360 which I do not use anymore. My friend who lives
in south america asked me if I can give it to him. He already found
out this phone can be activated in his country. My question is How
can it be unlocked, so it can be used by another carrier. I would
like to knos if this is posible, or not
