Every time that I try to upload or send pictures from my 5300, I get a
"Picture Access Denied ! Error 86 Call Sprint Customer Solutions to
clear and reset your camera."
Lately, at least for me, calling Sprint Customer Solutions is an
adventure at best and for some reason it's impossible to email them.
Can anyone help??? I'd really appreciate it if anyone can tell me what
to do. Thanks in advance.

I haven't experienced this problem with my 5300 and have no clue on what
error 68 is. Maybe Rob or TechGeek can pipe in with some information on the
error message number.
In the meantime, try calling SPCS CS from a landline. (888) 211-4767. Once
Claire asks you who you want to talk to, ask for PCS Vision. If the rep
can't help you, ask to speak with a Tier 2 rep.
As for email, you can email them from your manage page. Once you've signed
on, click on the icon "Contact Us" on the top of the page, then the email
link and select the equipment category. The last three times I emailed CS, I
received all three replies within 24 hours and the last two were received
2-3 hours after sending them.
Speaking about email, once you hit the send key, an incident # will come up
on your screen. I always copy that number and paste it in my Outlook Contact
entry for SPCS, and include the time I sent the email to track the
turnaround time.

Ahhh, the password. You should probably call up SPCS CS and ask to get your
pictures.sprintpcs.com password reset.

Re: Sanyo 5300 Camera Question
If you know the account password you should be able to log in to
www.sprintpcs.com and reset the password there without calling cs.

Re: Sanyo 5300 Camera Question
Na, can't do it. Even when I click that I can't remember my password,
it takes me to the screen to input my phone number. After I do, I get
the "Error retrieving your password. Make sure your PCS Phone Number was
entered correctly." message.

Then call CS on a landline and ask them to reset your password, per the
prior suggestion.

Based on your other responses, this sounds like basically the first time yo=

ever done this? You probably have some info in a piece of camera memory ca=

the "token." You can reset this token to factory default by:
1) Go to the phone's main screen
2) Press ##25327 (##CLEAR)
3) Select "Clear Token." and press MENU/OK.
4) If it asks to confirm, tell it to proceed.
It'll take you back to the phone's main screen. Just to play it safe, turn=

phone off and then back on (kind of like a Windows reboot, make sure the ph=

select "Online Pictures". If you've never done this before, the password t=

Re: Sanyo 5300 Camera Question
Once you've dialed ##25237, push OK, then save phone number ... It will come
up with the option to clear the token. Then follow up with the rest of the
instructions Rob provided ..

Re: Sanyo 5300 Camera Question
I saved it, and I didn't get the option to clear the token. I did call
the number and after it rings a couple times, a recording comes on that
says that the code is invalid.

I'm confused. How could you save the number? Once you dial ##25327, did you
hit the TALK button? You shouldn't have.
Just dial the number, then hit the OK button, and then scroll down to Save
Phone#. Once you do that, you get three options:
View Token
Clear Token
Exit
I just got to that screen right now ...

Why can;t you go to http://www.picturemail.sprintpcs.com and have them send
you the password? I just verified that the option is there, and it is.
Be warned that if you set up a password for pictures on your cellphone and
thought you were entering a numerical one, check again, it is the letter
equivalent. 5 = j, 4 = g, etc.
Have them send you your password, I think it will be obvious then. That
is, if they can find you.
