I just negotiated a contract renewal for my uncle, who had been on his plan
since 2000, and after some hesitation, the retention guy asked if he could
put me on hold and came back with an "approval" for a 1-year deal. Here's
    the plan he gave me:

    $40.50/mo ($45 minus corp. discount)
    7pm nights & weekends
    750 anytime, unlimited n&w
    Unlimited PCS to PCS
free $100 phone or a larger discount for a more expensive phone

Obviously my uncle was happy after his old 250 anytime/1250 n&w for $35
plan. I called again from my own cell phone, wanting to get the same deal
for myself, but they simply refused to give me 7pm n&w for a 1 year
agreement. Called again and got shot down again. They did offer me a 750
minutes for $40 plan but with 8pm n&w. I said I'd pass, still hoping to
score the 7pm deal before Xmas.

Thats a good deal, although if you used to have FIMF, First Incoming Minute
Free, that will now be history.

That sounds like a good deal! Is that 750 anytime, anywhere?
