Is there an option for PCS Vision that only gives you web access and
not email connection, ability to send pictures, etc. at a lower
monthly cost than $15/mo?

Short answer, no. If you're only going to be on Vision=20
occasionally, you may wind up spending less than $15 using=20
"casual usage" charges. But that only gives you 1.5MB per=20
month. A recent ABC News story I read on my phone was=20
4.5KB. A good voice ringer can be 90KB. A shared picture,=20
well, our top phones are 640x480=3D307,200 pixels, which I=20
think comes out around 40KB or so. Possibly more,=20
depending upon how much your image "pushes" the color=20
bounds of the camera.
That can add up in a hurry. But the only packs we offer=20
for Vision are $15/month. Or $20, if you want Ready Link,=20
too.

True. Since he mentioned the $15, I figured it wasn't relevant to the=20
question, but you're right nonetheless.

If I'm already paying for Vision service, does that mean RL is only $5 more?
Vision+RL=$20? Or is it $20 more for RL? If I have 3 phones on my account,
do I pay a separate charge for RL for each phone (if I want RL on all 3
phones)? I understand that I'll need new equipment, my 18mos upgrade is in
force, so I'm shopping around.

That's the practical effect, yeah, but, in order to better understand=20
what you're getting, let's be clear about what happens: You cancel=20
your existing Vision pack, and then add on a Ready Link pack that=20
includes unlimited Vision web access. Which means you lose the=20
download credit, the Picturemail access, and/or the BCPE (depending=20
on which Vision Pack you have).
And yes, it's $20 per phone number.
