    I never understood why they decided to dump Convergys early last rear
    and then at the last minute gave them a major contract expansion and
    extension.

    Isnt it Convergys that messed up AT&T Wireless?

    It wasn't last minute. By the time the renegotiation occurred, we'd=20
    already made our decision about the billing system upgrade.
