Does anyone know if they do over the air PRL upgrades in the
Dallas-Ft.Worth, Texas area? Was just checking the PRL on
my Sanyo 4900 and noticed that it is 10018? Thought I saw
something about it being up to 10024, if I remember.

10024 is correct. When you dial *2 you'll get Customer Service
somewhere, not necessarily your local area. The system should
recognize immediately that you need a PRL update and do it
automatically when you call *2. If it does not, say "agent" when asked
for what you want. You'll be switched to a human, and you'll ask for
your account to be "flagged for a PRL update". They'll do it and tell
you to hang up and call *2 again. That will automatically start the
PRL update. After it downloads for a minute, you'll end the call, and
the 4900 will power off and then back on without your doing anything.
When it powers back up, your PRL will be 10024.
Fort Worth is a strong SPCS market, so it should go very
easily.
