Has anyone used Lightwav on their Treo to allow you to use WAV and other
types of files as ringtones? Does it work?

I haven't used Lightwav but I have used a program called "CallFilter"
and version 1.1 (http://tinyurl.com/4qajd) supports MP3s to be used as
ringtones as long as you have pTunes (Pocket Tunes) which PalmOne was
giving for free at one point when you registered your Treo 600 with
them. However since I don't have an SD memory card for MP3s, I didn't
buy CallFilter after my trial period expired. I did borrow an SD
memory from my friend to test CallFilter 1.1 and it worked very well
as did PocketTunes. It is a very nice/useful program but it is
somewhat expensive. I asked the author whether he would add support
for MIDI files (I have a lot of MIDI files on my Treo 600) and he said
that it would probably be available in an upcoming release.
