Digital Camera Accessory for Samsung i330?

I realize this is a mothballed phone, but I just got one on ebay to
replace my Kyocera 6035. On the old product pages they constantly brag
about this digital camera attachment that can be purchased. But I
haven't seen one for sale anywhere. Did they never come out with it?
Did it just suck too bad? Or where might I find one sitting around?

That may be the same camera attachment that worked with the Samsung A500,
that I bought for my daughter's phone 2 years ago.
Samsung offered the camera attachment for $80 and it wasn't that good of a
camera.
