I wasted $30 on SnapSync and can't get the piece of sh*t software to
upload my Outlook contact list to my MM-A700. SnapSync uploads about 5
contacts and then crashes. It doesn't matter that I've downloaded the
latest version of SnapSync AND the latest USB drivers. No luck getting
this crap to work. I could have entered all my contacts manually by now
and saved myself $30 + the cost of the USB cable.

What does SnapSync tech support say about your problem? Have you been in
contact with them, along with forwarding error logs?

Why not check with the freeware BitPim see if it supports your phone. I
have been using BitPim for sometime and it works quite well on my old
Verizon phone and new SprintPCS Sanyo phone (don't remember the model but
    has built-in camera).

I do have SnapSync when I bought the data cable but don't like it so =
    don't
    use it.
