SnapMedia Software - don't waste your time

I wasted $30 on SnapSync and can't get the piece of sh*t software to
upload my Outlook contact list to my MM-A700. SnapSync uploads about 5
contacts and then crashes. It doesn't matter that I've downloaded the
latest version of SnapSync AND the latest USB drivers. No luck getting
this crap to work. I could have entered all my contacts manually by now
and saved myself $30 + the cost of the USB cable.

Now that the package is opened, I probably won't be able to return this
piece of sh*t! And to think that I did the right thing by PAYING for
the software...

So, asking one more time, have you been in contact with their tech support
dept about the problem?
