Here is my problem. I have sprint with 2 phones and NO contract.
So I have a lot of dead spots in my state.. I want to get rid of one phone
and try cingular. BUT after talking to sprint to drop a phone I have to have
a new plan?????
yep you need a single phone plan...and they will requre a 2 yr agreement.
right now I pay 68 a month for 800 shared and anytime night and weekend.
if I go one phone its $40 a month for 500 and night and weekend.
DAMN thats high and I have to get a 2 yr contract....THIS IS BS
any way to get this to work ....or drop sprint and go cingular..
thanks for help

Ok, so you aren't on a contract. Where are you (city, state) and what areas
do you frequent with dead spots? When I look at SPCS's webpage, it says that
a F & C plan (which you listed above) only has a 1 year requirement.

Are you on a shared-minute plan?

Re: how can I or why can't I get out of NO CONTRACT without taking a contract
well what I asked them first is I want to drop a phone.
I need one phone on this plan...how much
they said you can change to the 500 minutes with unlimited
nights and weekends for only $40
but I would have to sign a 2 yr contract.
hey I just got out of a contract
well thats all we have right now.
is this the only plan or is 2 yr agreements the only thing they have?
she hung up...oh excuse me got disconnected, must be in Arksansas like me
I just want to drop a phone
pay a fair price for one and not get into another contract
