Wallpaper/Screensaver for Samsung A660

Is there any way to upload an animated screensaver/wallpaper? One of the
defaut screeensaves is an eagle in flight. I assumed this was a ".gif"
file, but my phone did not support the format when I tried to upload, but
obviously an animate picture file of some type can be used. Anyone know
what type it is?
