Could use your experience to get better plan - at least 850 national min w/data plan

Hello,

I currently have 750 Anytime (anywhere) Minutes along with unlimited data (I
have a pocketpc phone) and about 120 text messages.

Unlimited Night & Weekend Minutes
Nights: M-Th 8PM-7AM Wknd: F 8PM-M 7AM
SPRINT PCS TO PCS CALLING MINUTES UNLIMITED
All Minutes Include Long Distance
Caller ID, Call Waiting
Three-way Calling
Voicemail
Additional Anytime Minutes $.40 Per Min.

I could probably use at least 100 more minutes per month as a minimum but I
don't want to pay much if any more per month. Do you think I could talk them
into this at my current rate? Some may have even better but this is the only
phone I have so I don't have too much leverage. I've been with them about 4
years.

DOOH! Thanks for asking - I'm paying about $50 plus insurance, taxes,
fees - out the door about $60. Strangely the amount before my insurance
isn't listed it is $52.25 with the insurance for my 6600.

Without question, that's got to be one of *the* best plans, out there.

While you could ask, I wouldn't push the point, although, then again,
it couldn't hurt. Just don't expect anything other than a "No!"

I have exactly the same plan but without messages, and I have 2 phones
(free)....2 lines...on one shared account and I pay $40.00 month before
taxes.
Sprint has mumbled to me that the person who gave me this plan is
costing Sprint as it is below their cost. Hmmm!

OK - I checked the $40 per month covered my minutes but not my data - I got
them to give me 1000 minutes and 7PM for the $40 now.

Actually I can believe he's getting that deal. While I dont have the
additional lines, I guess the 1000 minutes, $40 per month is a standard
retention offer. I still have to pay for the data but that seems
reasonable. If I could while I couldn't get them down to 6PM calling 7PM is
a nice start. Some people may be better at negotiating than me so he could
have potentially gotten a much better deal than me. I don't see anything
humorous about calling the CSRs but I respect him for calling and getting
such a good deal. I had to call to get them to give me the additional 250
minutes and the 7PM nights. If they had just given it without me calling no
CSR time would have been wasted so if you think about it they bring the
extra work on themselves.
