No, I didn't. I said I believe it happened in some fashion differently
    than we were told.

I ALSO said the most likely cause of that was a misunderstanding. I
said he could be completely sincere and it still didn't happen quite as
    he claimed.

And NOWHERE did I say it couldn't have happened as he claimed.

Actually, you just illustrated one. So they don't waste their time
responding to someone who isn't even going to see the post. As you just
    did.

One can respond to the message but not the messenger, so I don't think
    you gave a valid illustration.

I am not interested in the configuation of anyone's kill filter (as I
am sure noone is interested in mine), so announcing it's modification
is, IMHO, aking to informing the group of a bowel movement.

That's called lying. And you never offered your opinion of why it is
you think it happened differently. You weren't there, how can you
surmise such a thing sans evidence unless you do not believe the OP's
    account of the story?

    >I ALSO said the most likely cause of that was a misunderstanding

On what basis did you make that statement?

    >I said he could be completely sincere and it still didn't happen quite as
    >he claimed.

Why would we assume that it didn't happen exactly as he claimed without
    evidence to the contrary?

    >And NOWHERE did I say it couldn't have happened as he claimed.

No, but you did say on more than one occasion that you don't believe it
did happen as he claimed. Then when asked to explain why you don't
believe it happend exactly as he claimed, you refused to answer the
question and declared yourself "done here", which clearly wasn't true.

So while it's possible that he is not a liar, you believe that he is.

Why? Because that is your position in these matters.

Me? I think you believe the OP, and think it went down like he said to
    the letter.

I just don't think you would admit it.

At least when I call someone a liar, I have the stones to let it be
known instead of dramatically playing with semantics, delcaring myself
"done", lying, coming back, saying I won't resond to someone, lying,
then responding them, declaring the I didn't post something that I
clearly did and challenging someone else to repost it, etc, etc.

Egads, man. Take a position, stick with it, stick by what you say, and
    explain your point of view.

Even if people disagree with you they will respect you fortitude.

And like it or not, you represent the company, so you are really the
only one here with credibility to gain or lose. The rest of us are
paying customers. We don't need credibility. We just need to fork
over money every month. You don't have to like us, or believe us. But
accoding to JD Powers, Yahoo, and the Stock Exchange - you guys have
some catching up to do when it comes to customer relations.

And telling a customer that you don't believe his/her version of a
story with no evidence to the contrary probably will not further those
    goals.

I was told the very same thing by 5 different reps before they pulled
the tape. I was right, they were wrong.

That's 0% for them, 100% for one customer.

If 5 reps in a row can be 100% wrong, I'm sure it is possible for the
6th one to be wrong as well.

Unless you can reasonably prove otherwise, the customer is right. I
know this is vehemently against Sprint policy, and that, IMHO, is why
they do so poorly in Customer Service survey's.

    You're lying.

    Again. Not the OP. You.

I *never* did that. I *did* say I won't speculate as to the exact
cause. But I also gave several examples of how this could be so without
    the OP lying.

Crap, you're drawing me in again. You're a liar and troll. No more
    responses.

    No, you are lying.

No, I would have to say you ar wrong. You are the only person who has
uttered a provable lie on this thread.

    >I *never* did that.

    Yes you did.

    > I *did* say I won't speculate as to the exact cause.

But you *would* speculate that he was wrong .... why?

    >But I also gave several examples of how this could be so without
    >the OP lying.

Why would you assume that it went down anyway other than the OP said
    without any evidence?

You never gave an example of your infamous "it was a MUTUAL
    misunderstanding" scenario.

    >Crap, you're drawing me in again.

    Apparently, I own you.

I can force you to lie at will.

    >You're a liar and troll.

I'm not the one who said I was done with this thread. I believe that
was you. There is only one provable lie on this thread, and you are
    the one who told it.

Everything else is speculation, but you are the only confirmed liar.

Oh, and "troll" is so 1995. That tired ad-hominem is no longer an
    efficient distraction from one's lies.

I believe that Godwin is going to add the word "troll" to his law.

    >No more responses.

I believe we have heard that before.

On the bright side, since you have already repeatedly lied on this
thread, doing so again will be inconsequential.

Not only that, but if the phone has ANY physical damage the warranty is
basicly null and void regardless if the problem you are having with the
phone has anything to do with that physical damage. My daughter has a
MM-535 (as does my wife) and it started turning off on its own. Because
there was a scratch on the back of the phone from where she laid the phone
on her desk at school they would not warranty the phone.....we had to go
through the insurance and pay the deductable. The phone had never been
drop, etc. but because of the scratch they said it could have been dropped
and therefore the warranty was no good.
