I no longer see the Fair and Flexible plans offered for our area. The
    new plans stink!

See More: Fair and Flexible Plans Gone?

Here's a link that explains the change:

    In what way?

The price points are the same; the only difference is that they did away
with the $29.99 plan. And while the automatic minute increases are done
away with, you can call up and "buy" $5 packs of 50 minutes if you think
you'll go over that month. Even though it takes a phone call to add,
it's still a better deal than $5 for 30 minutes, as was the last
incarnation of F&F. 6PM N&W are now $5 as well, instead of $10.

Don't get me wrong, I see no reason right now for me to change over to
the current plans. But I wouldn't exactly call this a price increase
    either.

I was lucky and switched to one of the F & F plans while they were
still offering more minutes for the dollar and the 50 minutes for $5
and just after they added the 7PM nights. Shortly afterwards, they
    tigntened things up.

The current Sprint plans look similar to what Verizon has to offer and
one of the main reason's I've stayed away from them is that I have
never been impressed with their plans.

They discontinued F&F, and apparently dropped the "To Home" option which
enabled users to set up a system with Voicestick for unlimited incoming
    and outgoing calling for $55/month.

Sprint seems to be in a downward spiral that they are determined not to
stop. They had a net loss of over 300,000 post-paid subscribers for
4Q2006. They are losing market share, their ARPU is falling as iDEN use
declines, and their churn is still higher than Verizon or Cingular.

The problem with F&F is that it encouraged users to sign up for less
expensive calling plans, since they knew that occasional overages
    wouldn't cost them much.

Given how many people on here you saw promoting using "To Home" as a means of
getting very inexpensive, unlimited air time, I suspect it's unlikely that
cutting it will cause a revenue drop.

I doubt that they will take it away from you, but ask about the
consequences for any changes you make. In the past, they have been
good about adding or removing add-on services, but it would still pay
to ask. I've never had a problem when changing phones, but usually get
    stuck with a new contract.
