Fusic battery problem

I bought the Fusic in Feb 07 and am very satisfied with the phone. A
month ago, the battery life started to degrade. I would charge it over
night and take it to work the next day. The battery would go
completely dead in 6 hours without much use. Maybe a couple of calls.
I do not play music on it. I took it to Sprint and they tested the
phone and reported no issues. I bought a replacement battery and after
a week the battery would go dead in half a day. I don't have phone
insurance and the cust. rep said there is nothing they can do except
for me to contact LG. LG said they would need the phone for a couple
of weeks. I cannot afford to be without a phone.

Anyone else having battery issues with the Fusic? Can someone offer
any help? Thanks in advance.

I've had a Fusic for 2 years and the only times I have that type of problem
is when it continuously leaves and enters service (e.g., it can't get a good
signal) or worse, when it goes on analog roam. Then, it's over in about 4
hours. Check to see if you have roaming set up and set it to "Sprint only"
and see if that improves things.
