    Here is the scenario.

I used to carry a Samsung A400 using the Free And Clear 350 plan for $35. I
bought two new phones, a Samsung A460 and a Samsung A500. They told me that
to get Vision I needed to change plans. That was fine. So, they offered me
the Free And Clear 500 plan with unlimitted nights and weekends and
unlimitted PCS to PCS. So they ask me, do you want a one or two year plan?
One of course, don't be a fool. Well, the next month, I get my first bill
and it is $180+ . Whoa. So, I call and they tell me that because I have a
one year plan, I don't get PCS to PCS unless I pay $5 / month. OK, fine,
but I was told I had it, what do I do about this bill? "Sir, I can only
credit you $50, that is the maximum we are allowed. " That won't do, so he
finally tells me he can give me PCS-to-PCS free for the remainder of my
contract (11 months at this point). Alright, I am thinking, $50 + $55 is
about what I was out from the overage. I agree. Next month I get my bill
and I see that they charged me for PCS-PCS. I call and they remove it. At
some point I also removed Vision because it was slow and not worth $10 /
month (after the free period). "Do you want Voice-Command Free for 2
months?". No thank you. This month, I get my bill, it has a charge for
PCS-PCS and Voice Command. "Sir, you get Voice-Command free for 12 months
because you are a costco customer?" Why did it take three months for that
to start? No, just remove it. Now, please fix the PCS-PCS. "Sir, I am
going to have to switch you to a 2 year agreement and I will note that you
have a one year plan". No way ... look what notes have done for me so far.
No, just drop PCS-PCS and I will make sure I don't go over.

Damn them. Now, I am out the $50 for the 10 months of PCS-PCS that I was
supposed to get free in compensation for their inept sales people. I am
pissed and I am going to be charged double the minutes when talking with my
    wife using our cell phones.

What can I do? Does anybody want to buy two phones for a reasonable rate?
I am willing to part with my 4 month old A460 and A500 (I will throw in my
A400) phones for enough to limit my exposure to my cancellation fees!

I feel like I have been jacked around and hit with a bait and switch. The
worst part, is that it is obvious it was not intentional on any single
persons part, so I can't even find somebody to be mad at.

Sprint is a corporation, a legal "person." And if your account is true, you
have every right to be annoyed with Sprint.

People often forget that as a single legal "person," a corporation like Sprint
has the full responsibility to fully train and properly coordinate the actions
of its designated representatives. Willful or negligent failure to coordinate
such actions--e.g., such that one rep offers one thing and then another rep
later claims it's impossible--is the moral equivalent of deliberate deceit
    (e.g., bait-and-switch).
