I get a message on my phone every week from Sprint. I look at the phone to
see: "Picture Mail: Important message! Press GO for more info." So I
connect to the web just to find there is no picture, it is just Sprint
wanting me to sign up for the photo service. The message continues: "Your
account will close unless you add Picture Mail to your PCS Service Plan."
I select the option that I don't want it. But that doesn't stop the
    continued messaging.

The reason this is so serious is that I only give out my phone messaging
address for emergency messages. And when Sprint does this unsolicited
advertising, I think that it is an emergency buzzing me.

And no, I really don't want the Picture Mail. And I wonder if I have been
charged for the time I have been on the web seeing this bogus "picture mail"
    from Sprint.

How do I get this to stop?

Did you call customer service and ask for a clarification of your terms and
    billing charges?

That's usually a great place to start...

If you're on one of the older $10 unlimited Vision plans then they are
sending you this mesage by mistake. I got the same message even though
my picture mail is not suppose to ever expire. After numerous calls to
Sprint I finally was tipped off that I can just go ahead and add it
like it wants me to but I will not be charged the extra $5/month like it
says I will. This is just for people on the older $10 unlimited plan.

I find a lot of these little nasty automated messages slightly
    offending.

Sprint changed my billing cycle a while back, and the system thought my
account was deliquent. Sure enough, a nasty notice pops up at 6am
    while im asleep....ugh.
