EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT - GARY FORSEE
I'd sure like an employment contract that guarantees me a bonus of 150%
of my Annual salarey.

Hell I'd be ecstatic with the base salary.
Thats roughly $90K per month (a little more before taxes).

It does if they are doing a good job.
Forsee is, in my opinion, doing a good job. He has identified Sprint's
key problems (such as Customer Service) and appears to be tackling
them. As an inverstor I would have no problem giving executives a
large amount of cash if the company is doing well.
A good example is Steve Jobs and Apple. He is one of the highest paid
CEO's in the world. Why? Because he saved the company from going out
of business.
I know it sucks to be in the middle class, watching these high-paid
executives rake in the cash (I'm right there just so you know). But I
would rather have that then some underpaid, unexperienced person
running these companies.

Baloney. I guess you haven't read any of the myriad Customer Service
horror stories here. As near as I can tell all Foresee has done to
improve Customer Service is get Press Releases put out saying its
improving.

Its not easy weeding out some bad people out of several thousand when
the people not doing their jobs don't leave any evidence of it other
than call logs.
There have been some steps taken to attempt to improve customer service,
but to see if its working, we'll have to wait.

Wow. As a PCS investor you would have seen the value of your investment drop OVER 80%, and you
would have no problem rewarding the exactives with a pay increase for "doing a good job".

If you got in when Sprint was at 2.80 future you're doing good so far.

What if you bought the securtity outright long between $20-$30. Or even $10 - $20 (where the
majority of PCS longs bought). What if you got in on the IPO at $26 based on the estimated
valuation by management?
How well would you be doing?
Sure, if you bottom fished for in-trouble stocks, you would be doing great. Some people buy 5
cents stocks right before bankruptcy and flip them 300% in two days. Did you get in on
WorldComm last year when they went bankrupt? I rode it from 7 cents to 28 cents in 24 hours.
Quadrupled my money fast.
Was that a sign of good management? Was that the sign of a healthy company? Was that a sign of
executives deserving a bonus?
I don't think so. It was merely a chance for bottom-feeding opportunists to put risk capital
into a troubled security to try to make some money on a swing trade.
Everybody who trusted WorldComm management got hosed. Badly.
PCS is a little above $5/share. Flirting very close to the below $5 mark at which point the
security will become unmarginable for retail investors, and the point where sell orders will be
triggered for many major mutal funds and margin calls for investors resulting in greater share
depreciation.
And this, you think, is a good job by management? Really?
Well, my friend, like they say. If you aim low enough, you'll never be disappointed.
Sounds like you may be one fellow who is extremely easy to please. Good for you. I wish I
could be more like you. I am not being sarcastic, I am being sincere. Life is probably less
stressful with your expectation level.
I personally don't think this is deserving of a bonus, but luckily for that particular
executive, the bonus is not contingent upon my agreement.
