This may be an old news. Everyone can cancel SprintPCS anytime WITHOUT
any penalty what so ever. I encourage anyone who is not satisfy with
Sprint cancel their contracts. It is a win-win deal for every body. For
the people who leave at will, they go happy. For those who stay, they
will be better served. Lets imagine if Sprint loss a million customers
in the next few months, they will do anything and everything to retain
the loyal high value customers like me. I am with Sprint since Jan.
Y2K. and never late on a single payment.

Re: Cancel now
A Sprint customer that pays all of their bills on time IS something worth
noting, at least to Sprint.

Agreed. Now's the time to put up or shut up, folks. If Sprint is
really this bad for you, now you can leave, NOT pay a cancellation fee,
eBay your phone, and go somewhere else. How sweet a deal is that?

An excellent suggestion to those that have nothing better to do than to hash
out the SOS here ...

Re: Cancel now
Right on, If you don't like sprint, adios, but for those of us who are
just fishing for a better deal, has c/s ever offered a better deal: I
believe I read that some have been offered a credit of so much--is this
still happening, or more minutes, etc ??

Probably so, unless you've maxed out the amount you may be qualified for
already ...

Re: Cancel now

Re: Cancel now
All the cellular companies are bad on the customer service end and bad on
service in general. They're great on getting you signed up, but once you go
beyond the opt out period your deadmeat.
Nothing really majorly bad, just having to deal with the annoyances of bad
reception, billing errors, dropped calls, busy circuits, lousy sound etc...
It's not the hazzle free, trouble free lifestyle that reliable high
technology is supposed to give you.
