Sprint has been calling my cellphone and I finally talked with them. The
lady said she was from the Sprint Loyalty Dept. Long story short....
My contract is up and she offered me an extra 120 anytime minutes on my
current plan and half off of my first months bill. I currently have 1300
anytime minutes 3000 N&W 8pm nights for $49.95. That would give me a total
of 1420 minutes. That's hardly worth the effort of signing another one year
contract.
She also asked me how satisfied I was with Sprint on a scale of one to ten.
That's about it.

I got the same offer. I asked for a credit for a Sanyo 4900 and they gave
it to me so I re-upped.
The service coverage is actually quite good in my market so the phone serves
my purposes. For this reason a 1yr re-up was just fine.

Believe it or not, Sprint used to include cupons in their bills for $XX
off a phone etc..
Noone knew about them because most people (myself included) look at the
first page (the actual bill), write a check, stuff the emvelope, stamp
it and mail it.
I've seen some sweet coupons in the past, $150 off a phone, But a phone
get $60-$75 in free accessories, etc.. very sweet deals, all came with
a stipulation of signing another 1 year advantage agreement.

Only coupon I ever saw in 5 years with Sprint was 15% off accessories.
