Folks,
I recently purchased this phone when my old trusty Kyocera quit.
In looking through the online user's guide for this phone (Document #
LMN400_020403_F4), in Section 21, page 73 they talk about the phone's
voice services.
Specifically, I am interested in recording memos (I am assuming voice
memos), as discussed in the overview of the section.
However, they seemed to have left that section out, either by
intentional or accidental omission.
Has anyone successfully used this feature? If so, can you give me a
brief clue how?
Thanks in advance.

Samsung N400 cannot record voice memos.

Re: SPH-N400 Voice Memo Capable? How?
Then why does the manual specifically mention on page 73 of the
document below about "recording memos", and "how to make calls and
record memos"?
Sounds to me if the phone does not support voice memos, it should. In
my opinion, I base this on just the fact that Samsung and/or Sprint
was probably (IMO) too lazy to proof their manuals so that under
section 21 it does not mention "recording memos". And if that is the
case, they should deliver what they talk about. (A customer in my
business would demand: 1. That the feature be added (thus making the
customer happy), or 2. At least get a new manual not mentioning the
feature with an apology for the misleading information in the prvious
manual (and we would still have a somewhat p@#sed customer).)
I downloaded said below user's guide from both Sprint and Samsung, and
they both say the same thing. Looks like both are to blame.
Yet another Sprint dissatisifier for me.
