OK, PRL 10020, currently in the process of being released, and available
to the retail stores next week:
Optimization of Sprint PCS acquisition around Durango, Colorado. (Less
time to get a Sprint PCS signal)
800MHz CDMA roaming added in Washington, Colorado, and Oregon states.
Roaming changes made in the US Virgin Islands
That's about it. So, it may actualy improve reception for some peopl in
the Durango, Colorado area, and roaming in the 3 states mentioned, thats
mainly it.

PRL 10018 was supposed to improve signal acquistion in Durango,

I didn't know that, all I see for 10018 and 10019 are roaming priority
changes mainly for their roaming plans.

My mistake. It was actually PRL 10017 that improved signal to Durango. I
still have the list for that PRL if you can't find it.
