Sanyo 8100 - Download Pictures to Computer?

Does anyone know of software that would let me download pictures from
the phone's camera to my computer without using (and paying for)
Vision? I have a usb cable.

According to the SnapMedia description on their website, they say this
software is for moving images from your PC to your phone; its says zero
about moving pictures (as Mr. Cloud would like) from the phone to a PC.

Are you saying it will move data in the opposite direction than
advertised?
