    Please Help!!!

When Installing the W2K driver for my Samsung A500 phone on my Windows
2000 laptop I get a quick Blue sreen of death, which I can't read
beacause it's to quick and then my laptop reboots. I have tried
Futuredial.com and SprintPCS Connection Manager. The drivers are the
same. The USB drivers load ok. But when The Samsung CDMA
loads....CRASH!!! I have service pack 4 installed. Any suggestions????

Try turnng off any AntiVirus software before Installing. And of course
if it installs, turn the AntiVirus software backon afterwards.

One of the best ways to install new programs is to goto "safe" mode so there
are no other drivers loaded to be in conflict of the installer etc. Then on
reboot you should be ok. Good Luck.

Tried unloading all virus programs. Still doesn't work. When entering
safe mode it will not let me log on to my PC. UGGGG!! So I can not try
the safe mode suggestion until I can get logged on. Gives me typical
error messsage. "Make sure domain and log on id is correct and caps is
    not on..blah blah... Still trying..
