Hi,
I am having horrid problems with roaming and coverage with my Sprint
PCS service, do not have time to sit on hold with CS and wrote a note
to them that I intended to e-mail to customer service explaining
exactly what is wrong and what I need done.
I went to their site to send it and their e-mail for LIMITS YOU TO
1200 CHARACTERS! What kind of customer service department tells
customers "Tell us what's wrong, but he short and sweet about
it"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is there an E-MAIL ADDRESS I can e-mail a message to them without
using their form and horrid limits on how much I can say? I can't
find it on their site.
Thanks!

You can use the online e-mail form, but you may be told to just call *2,
since it's a coverage issue. Just remember to be concise and professional.

Ryan, do you need more than 1200 characters to explain the problem? If
you do, I would recommend that you just provide the most important
details, and then wait for the reply via email. Once you get the reply
from CS, you can go into more detail on explaining what problems you
are experiencing.
BTW, what problems are you experiencing? You might get some good
advice here in the meantime. What phone are you using, and what
versions of the PRL & firmware are installed on the phone right now?
Where are you experiencing the problems, i.e.: city & state, and what
part of the city? There are number of posters from all parts of the
country who can pass on their experiences with their phones.
