    mail in for new activations. It comes with all accessories and has the
    lifetime warranty.

    Is that price dependent on activation? Most deals like that are.
    Remember the carrieer is actually LOSING money on the handset, trying to
    make it up on the back end.

    The $170 is for anybody, the $130 rebate is for new only. In case you
    were wondering, the VGA-1000 is $249.99 with extended battery for all,
    the N400 (if in stock) is $89.99 for all, and the A460 is $69.99 for
    all. All of the phones at Costco come with all accessories and all new
    customer rebates are same as PCS store. The reason for the price
    decrease is that you must be a member in order to buy.
