They pat themselves on the back for "helping" people, when
really they're in here to sell stuff for Sprint and to coverup problems;
and dump on anyone with a real issue. If they wanted to help people they'd push
Executive Services and Retention a lot more. The term apologist really fits
some of them.

Occasionally useful information slips out:

Samsung 620 - locks up
Samsung N400 - wont get signal
Samsung 8500 - won't do analog if its Black model
Treo 300 - Sealed internal battery
Sanyo 8100 - cant move pictures to your computer
lacks speaker phone
Samsung i330 - buttons get pushed when in pocket,
runs battery down

Hey dud. I just joined that rant, I dumped an argument with you over JD
Powers. I don't mind being a looser when the issue is getting too far
off base to be real anymore. Everything can not be proven with links.
If this makes me a hypocrite and troll in your book- fine. But some
things really are kind of foolish to just keep harping on.

Well, provide an example of someone who has sued JD Powers. I mean,
seriously, do you expect to just post and noone ever ask you for a source?

I did ask politely, saying I would stay open minded and read whatever source
you had to post, but you only came back with the link to JD Powers' web cite
and some more ranting from you.

Seriously, you guys want to discredit JD Powers, fine. Do it in a way that
others can go and read for themselves.

Otherwise, you aren't credible.
