Treo 300 question

1. the phone button (lower left on the bottom row) on my Treo 300 used
to switch between the Speed Dial, Dial Pad, Contacts and Call History
views. That doesn't work anymore. Is that setup somewhere?

2. the voicemail notification icon is always visible despite the fact
that I have no voicemail. How can I reset this?

This is actually in the manual but since this icon is referred to as
"message waiting" as well as "voicemail notification" it can be a bit
difficult to find.

From the phonebook, press menu then selection options->call preferences (or
menu+a), then click on "clear voicemail icon".
